Do you have a minimum order?

Generally, there is a minimum order of 20 deck chairs.

We are based near Honiton and for our local towns of Axminster, Colyton, Seaton, Sidmouth, Lyme Regis, Cullumpton, Honiton and surrounding areas, we offer special rates with a minimum order of 10 deck chairs.

Do you have a maximum order?

Our van holds up to 120 deck chairs so this is the maximum for a single delivery

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver to anywhere in the South West of England. Delivery is free within 40 miles of Honiton, East Devon. Outside of the local area there is an extra charge for smaller quantities. Please ask for a quote.

How long can I hire the deck chairs for?

Deckchairs can be hired for any length of time. The basic price is for a 2 day hire which allows for a weekend's use. Eg. delivery Friday afternoon/evening, collection Sunday afternoon/evening. Extra days are charged at an additional daily rate. Please ask for a quote.

Are the deck chairs set up on delivery?

If the deck chairs are to be used immediately we are happy to set them up according to your requirements. Otherwise we leave them stacked ready for your use and advise you on the safest and easiest way to erect them.

Can I choose colours?

Yes. We have blue/white or red/white deck chairs and you can choose any combination of these subject to availability at the time of booking. If you do not specify a preference you will normally get a mixture.

How do I book?

Please email or phone us to establish availability and price. If you decide to go ahead we ask for a £25 booking deposit and for you to fill in a booking form. The remaining balance is payable a week before the event

How do I pay?

Our preferred method of payment is BACS. Deposits can be paid by Credit/Debit card or PayPal

Are deck chairs suitable for inside events?

Our deck chairs are great for indoor events. An example of indoor use is a cinema event which was held inside Exeter Cathedral.

Can I cancel if it rains?

To cater for the wonderful British weather we do allow cancellation due to bad weather 24 hours before the event and will refund the balance minus the £25 deposit which we keep for our admin. The balance has to be paid 1 week in advance and cannot be be cancelled after this for any other reason.

Can I collect the deck chairs?

Yes, in some circumstances it is possible but not recommended. You can collect from our premises by appointment but we ask for a refundable security deposit of £15 per chair. The hire charge is as per local delivery with a minimum quantity of 10. Do bear in mind that you need a large vehicle.
